Escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and relax in our vacation home, located on an impressive estate of almost 3,000 m², which offers complete privacy and countless entertainment options for all generations. Whether you are looking for a quiet relaxation by the pool or an active vacation with sports games, you will find here everything you need.
Interior: Home away from home comfort (150 m²)
The house is designed to comfortably accommodate 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms, each room has access to Netflix for evening relaxation, and one of the rooms also has a terrace overlooking the children's playground. Of the 3 bathrooms, two are equipped with showers and one with a bathtub.
The spacious, fully equipped large open-concept kitchen is connected to the dining room and a comfortable living room.
We have provided everything you need for your little ones too… 2 cots with bedding and 2 high chairs, various children's games, and for the slightly older ones, Monopoly and cards.
Exterior: Fun and relaxation in nature
Our biggest asset is the large property that offers privacy and plenty of amenities.
Children's laughter will echo on the swings, slide and trampoline, protected from the sun by the natural shade of the trees.
Try badminton, table tennis or play football on the spacious lawn.
Refresh yourself in the pool, relax on the sun loungers under the umbrella or swing in the hammocks between the trees.
Spend pleasant summer evenings on the covered terrace with delicious meals prepared on the outdoor grill.
The fun continues in our garage, which has a table football and darts. In case of rainy days, the table tennis can be moved there.
Of course, the garage accepts bicycles and motorbikes.. cyclists and bikers welcome!
There is covered parking for 2 cars, protected from the sun and bad weather.
This house is ideal for families with children of all ages or groups of friends looking for a combination of top-notch accommodation, privacy and plenty of entertainment in a natural setting.

ABOUT LABIN AND THE SURROUNDINGS
Labin is interesting for its combination of picturesque historical heritage, beautiful nature and proximity to the sea. It is famous for its mining past, and in the town itself and its surroundings there are places that preserve this history, for example the mining tours "Kova experience" in nearby Raša (5 km from the house).
The medieval core of the town is located on a hill, with romantic narrow streets and an authentic atmosphere. From the Fortica there is a stunning view of lower Labin, Rabac, the Kvarner Gulf and Učka. Ideal for photography (3.5 km from the house).
Rabac (6.5 km) is a former fishing village, now a popular tourist destination with beautiful pebble beaches and crystal clear, turquoise sea. Walking from Labin to Rabac or vice versa is a popular activity, especially along the Sentona Trail (3 km), a picturesque hiking trail connecting Labin and Rabac, passing through the forest along a stream and waterfalls. It is moderately demanding, but extremely popular among nature and recreation lovers.
A unique combination of nature and art can be found in the Dubrova Sculpture Park (4.5 km) with numerous sculptures along the "White Road".
For those looking for adventure and a unique experience of nature, our location offers a fantastic opportunity for horseback riding. There is a ranch in the immediate vicinity of the house (within 6 km). Whether you are an experienced rider or just a beginner, the ranch offers various programs adapted to all skill levels. This activity offers a unique perspective of exploring the local nature and unforgettable moments for the whole family. We will be happy to help you with contacts and booking appointments.
