The house accommodates 6 guests and has 3 bedrooms, all with Netflix, while one also has a terrace overlooking the children’s playground. There are 3 bathrooms, two with showers and one with a bathtub.
The fully equipped open-concept kitchen is connected to the dining area and living room. For children, we provide 2 cots with bedding, 2 high chairs, toys, Monopoly and cards.
Exterior
The spacious estate offers a pool, sun loungers, hammocks, swings, slide, trampoline, badminton, table tennis and football on the lawn. A covered terrace with outdoor grill is perfect for summer evenings.
The garage includes table football and darts, and can also store bicycles and motorbikes. Covered parking for 2 cars is provided.
This house is ideal for families or friends looking for comfort, privacy and entertainment in nature.
About Labin and surroundings
Labin is known for its historic charm, mining heritage and proximity to the sea. Nearby attractions include the “Kova Experience” in Raša (5 km), the medieval old town and Fortica viewpoint (3.5 km), Rabac with its beaches (6.5 km), the scenic Sentona Trail (3 km), and the Dubrova Sculpture Park (4.5 km).
Horseback riding is also available at a ranch within 6 km of the house, and we are happy to help with contacts and booking.

The sojourn tax is included in the price.
VAT is not included in the price because this service is not VAT taxable.
Included in the price: baby cot, air-condition, WiFi Internet, parking, towels and bedding, final cleaning.
A damage deposit in the amount of EUR 200.00 in cash must be given to the lessor upon arrival.
The deposit will be returned after inspection of the accommodation facility, upon check-out.
